Job description
People on our team all possess a real passion for helping people. You will ensure our customers receive the level of care and attention they would expect from NY’s leading home care services provider. You’ll pride yourself on turning a negative into a positive, will enjoy problem solving, and will care deeply about the quality of the customer journey.
You will receive excellent in-house training which will help you develop a thorough understanding of our program. The ideal candidate is someone who is upbeat, outgoing and has prior experience in home care. Additionally, we are searching for someone bi-lingual to reach out to staff to collect and process current and outstanding duty sheets, and instructing our aides on our online services such as retrieving their pay stubs, doing online in-services and using the HHAexchange application.
We are looking for individuals who have experience with HHA exchange, individuals who are organized, meticulous, a team player and eager to learn. You will be the front lines of our customer service team and will be required to use your problem solving skills to resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
